Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services

NTCI Analytics provides audience analytics, CRM hygiene, campaign measurement, and direct mail operations.

Approved Use

Services may be used only for approved commercial business purposes consistent with our Responsible Use Policy.

Prohibited Use

Prohibited uses include sensitive venue targeting, individual surveillance, discriminatory advertising, political persuasion, and any campaign that implies an individual was observed at a specific place.

No Eligibility Decisioning

NTCI Analytics does not provide financial, lending, credit, insurance, underwriting, or eligibility-decision services. Outputs may not be used as a factor in eligibility, credit, insurance, employment, or housing decisions.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and lawful basis of data they provide, the appropriateness of campaign use cases, and compliance with applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, and materials are the property of New Equity Financial LLC or its licensors.

Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, New Equity Financial LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
